The single fare stays at $3.50 through 2027 under the transit budget approved Wednesday, the third consecutive freeze.
The freeze is financed by the downtown parking levy, which passed in the same meeting without a single delegation — a sentence nobody at regional headquarters expected to write.
Monthly passes rise two dollars.
